How To: Check City Voicemail Remotely

  • To remotely check voicemail (if voicemail to email option is not possible/desired)
    • Call the Central Mailbox.
      • Internally 937-333-2100
      • Externally 937-333-2745
      • NOTE: You can internally use both extensions.
    • You will then hear a prompt stating "Welcome to the message center, please  enter a mailbox number or wait".
      • Enter in the 4-digit extension
      • Press * button.
    • You will be prompted to enter your pass code for the mailbox.
      • Enter your pass code only
    • You will be directed to the voicemail settings, where you can make changes or listen to voicemail.
